Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We do not ship internationally outside of these two countries at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $6.99 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD.
- United States: Flat-rate shipping of $12.99 CAD.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Canada: approximately 2–8 business days
- United States: approximately 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, peak holiday periods, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout. K1K1 is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at protransfer@k1k1.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Approved claims will be resolved through an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.
